Why it pays to be patient.

Not too long ago I saw this scarf at New York and co and wanted it right away.  I can be very impulsive sometimes and for my New Year’s resolution along with stopping my procrastinating habits being impulsive is on top of my list.  Where was I? I paid $22 for this scarf, it’s now on sale for $7.99

For someone like me, $22 is way to much to spend on a scarf, don’t know what I was thinking that day. Must have been the day my bank account looked full because I had not yet paid my bills. Lesson learned.

If i didn’t already have enough blouses, I’d be at New York and Co. buying this one.  Love.

Bringing sexy back

I’ve always loved combining bright colors with my deep blue skinny jeans, I pair that with my boots (jeans tucked in) to make my legs look skinny and long. It also makes my butt look tight.  The key to that is standing with my legs far apart, I know it’s too much but I take plenty of pictures and lets just say I know where my good side is.

The jeans is a size 3 and I’m really pushing it because I’m NOT/NO WHERE near a size 3 but the jeans streches and that helps.  (I’m a 5)

 I reblogged this on my other Tumblr page but think it’s most appropriate here. This shoe qualifies as bad ass. If I wore a lot of open toed I’d be looking for a faux version of this shoe as we speak.

This is so not the weather to wear fishnets in (17 degrees) but I couldn’t bring myself to wear trouser socks with my red pants. I feel so…sexy!

I bought this faux Birkin after I watched the episode of SATC guest starring Lucy Lu.  I guess I stumbled on it since I did not go out specifically looking for it. 
For some reason I have not come across anyone else, who is not a celebrity carrying this purse which is weird because I don’t believe I paid that much for it.  I love my faux birkin. 
PS: I really really need a new camera, the fluorescent light in my cubicle makes the bag look shiny which is not the case at all.  IRL it actually looks like genuine leather.

This Jewelry organizer is one of my best buys yet.  There are about 30 lilttle pockets (front and back). I have tons of earings so I group the same color earings together and I still have empty pockets left.  My rings are in the bottom row.

I don’t know where this is from but I bought it from a catalog for my son’s band fundraiser at School. At $14 I think it’s great.

Last night I went out with some friends for drinks.  I live in a small town so by “went out for drinks” I mean we got together at 9pm and closed with the bar. At 10:30pm. Yeah small town.

Rarely do I not buy an outfit regardless of size.  This shirt in this picture is one example.  It’s actually an extra large shirt by George (from Walmart) with my Favorite belt giving me a waist.  Because I need a new camera, the tights and shoes look black but they’re actually brown.
